If you’re looking for some comic relief in the midst of dealing with life’s toughest moments, Death at a Funeral is perfect. It is, without exaggeration, one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. Which is ironic given the context.

But for me, the film’s stunning cinematography, original score, and Dev Patel’s nuanced performance as Gawain made it more than worth watching.
